It takes about 15 minutes’ walk from the Bruges railway station towards the city center. Taxi’s, or public transport are also available at the front & side of the station. Each 2-5 minutes buses ride towards the city center.

Because of the holiday weekend, early booking is strongly recommended. The organization obtained special rates in the venue hotel. However the amount of rooms is restricted and can only be offered for a 3 nights booking.
